Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly in Canadian dollars via Stripe. TutorPortal is pay-first: choosing a plan and completing payment is required before you can use the service — there is no free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically.

Cancel anytime. There is no long-term contract. You can change or cancel your plan whenever you like — from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal — and cancellation stops future renewals, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments already made (including the current period and any prior months) are non-refundable except where required by law.

Introductory offer. From time to time we offer a limited-time discount on your first month (for example, 80% off with a promotion code entered at checkout). Introductory discounts apply to the first billing period only; subsequent periods bill at the standard plan price. Offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time and are limited to one per customer.
